Your Computer Guy uses a remote application that is installed using Internet Explorer in Microsoft Platforms and using Safari for MAC. This software is only available during a session and the remote application will close itself when we are finished helping you. After we are done, it is impossible for YCG to connect to your computer unless we give you another PIN code.

Remote sessions are currently billed at a 30 minute increment and is $55. Credit cards are accepted.

We are currently taking a poll to see if our clients would need remote support on their Windows Mobile devices or BlackBerry devices. You will need to have the data package on these phones. This remote application can provide this but it is currently not available because we do not subscribe for this. If this is something that could benefit you, please email: dave@ycginc.com.
