YCG's Network Management Service handles your regular service calls, and day-to-day network maintenance remotely or on-site. We monitor and maintain all aspects of your equipment on the network such as; servers, desktops, laptops, printers, firewalls and printers. You can simply open a trouble ticket (not unless we have already opened a ticket from within our monitoring service), and we take care of the rest.. If a user needs help with printer settings or their email, you don't have to worry about getting a bill for each item. Networking:
How many computers are in your office? Do you have a high speed internet connection? If so, you can share that connection with all the other computers in the office, along with printers, scanners, and folders. Instead of using the traditional wires, we stay up to date by going wireless. Wireless networking may be a little more expensive upfront because of equipment costs, but in the long run you won't be tripping over cables, or patching walls when you sell your office building or when your lease is up. There are many ways to secure your wireless network. Call us and we can advise you of what types of equipment to use, or we can bring the equipment to you and install/configure and, more importantly, secure your network for you.

Maintenance:
Ever notice that your PC system slows down the more you use it? That's because your system becomes "fragmented," or if you spend all your time online, temporary files are downloaded and stored on your system until they are deleted. We will write up a maintenance plan for your computer(s) to keep them up and running and we will service them on pre-arranged scheduled visits.

Data Backup:

We can back up your data to a CD\DVD, external drives, or even on the world wide web where you can access it from any web browser. The last thing you want is to have your system crash with all your data lost!

Data Recovery:
Have a crashed system or have an old hard drive with company data? Make sure you have all your data deleted before you toss those older drives. We will take all the data off the hard drive and put it on a CD\DVD. If your system is crashed, most of the time we can retrieve your files, and then reformat the drive so you can reinstall your operating system or use it as a spare drive.

PC Repair:
Is there an easy way to describe a reason why you would need computer repair? It could be that the computer does not turn on, the CD/DVD Drive is stuck, or you receive pop-up windows on your screen when you connect to the internet. These are only a few things that might and can go wrong with your system.

What happens when your system does give you problems?
There are 3 things that you can do:
• Leave it alone and hope the problem will go away.
• Unplug everything and bring it to the local shop, or send it off to the manufacture and wait a few days or weeks for it to come back.
• (We recommend this one!) Call YCG, and our certified technicians will come to you, and get you up and running.

Parts Installation:
Need some more memory, want to add a gaming video card, a booming sound card, or a DVD Burner and don't know the right way to do it? Call us, and we will either walk you through it over the phone, or better yet, come to your office and install it for you. We can also train you on your system(s).
